MOSSQUATCH RESORT POLICIES

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH CLALLAM COUNTY BURN RESTRICTIONS.

Please note that cell phone service may be limited at the resort and wifi and other solar resources may be limited during the winter season.

Contactless check in is after 4:00 pm and preferably before 5 pm. Please email to let us know if you will be arriving after that window.

Check out is prior to 11 am.

Mossquatch Resort is a remote property. Staff is not on site at all times. Guests will receive a welcome email the day before their reservation that includes additional information for accessing cabins and tents, the access code to the respective cabin, and the combination to the property gate. The entrance gate is generally left open but may be closed by guests or staff at any time.

FINDING MOSSQUATCH
From Forks - Exit Forks going north towards Port Angeles. Turn left onto 110 La Push Road. Turn right onto Quillayute Road. Turn right onto Mina Smith Road. Turn right onto Wentworth Road. Look for the upturned trees and bright green gate on the right side of the road.

From Port Angeles - Continue on 101 heading south towards Forks. Turn right onto 110 La Push Road. Turn right onto Quillayute Road. Turn right onto Mina Smith Road. Turn right onto Wentworth Road. Look for the upturned trees and bright green gate on the right side of the road.


LODGING POLICIES
Mossquatch Resort is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, shorten your stay, or check out early, please email us at least 14 days prior to your reservation to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the reservation will be refunded at 50%.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 7 days notice, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for the full cost of the reservation. Exceptions will not be made for inclement weather, reduced air quality, or any reason related to the remoteness and "off-grid" nature of Mossquatch Resort. Whole house bookings must be completed via email. A non refunable deposit of 10% is required to reserve the date. After that regular cancellation policies apply.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.


CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 10 and under stay free. Pets are welcome. Pet policies apply to dogs only. No other animals are allowed on Mossquatch Resort property at this time. Well behaved pets are allowed in Canvas Glamping Tents ONLY with payment of additional pet fee. If pets are found to be in cabins owners may be asked to leave the resort with out refund and will be assessed a $125 fee per pet. If guests are found to have a pet and have not paid the pet fee they will be assessed a fee at double the rate. Pet owners are responsible for the behavior of their pets. If complaints are received about a guest's pet they may be asked to leave the resort without refund. Refunds will not be granted to guests who are asked to leave due to violation of property policies. If repairs or additional cleaning are necessary due to pets and/or violation of the Mossquatch Resort policies additional fees may be charged. Please do not leave pets unattended in canvas glamping tents. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.

ROOM ACCESS
Sharing of access codes to Mossquatch Resort cabins, canvas tents, and bathroom/shower facilities is strictly prohibited. For the security of all guests, please do not share access codes. To open cabin doors, pull door toward you using handle. Enter access code provided in email. Turn knob on handle to the left. Door will open inwards. To lock door, pull door toward you with handle. Press the top button. Turn knob on handle to the right to engage lock. Ensure that door is locked securely before leaving. Mossquatch Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

PROPERTY POLICIES
Registered guest only please. In the event that unregistered guests are found to be staying additional fees per guest may be applied. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside cabins and canvas tents. We ask that corked shoes of any kind not be worn inside cabins and canvas tents or on their related porches. If repairs or additional cleaning are necessary due to violation of the Mossquatch Resort policies additional fees may be charged. Fire pits and fire places can be found in several locations at Mossquatch Resort and our Bogie Bottom group camping site. You are welcome to use any of these during your stay (although the pits nearest your cabin are recommended) but please do not attempt to burn plastic, glass, or metal of any kind. Fires are allowed in existing fire pits only. Firewood is available for purchase with cash at several locations on the Mossquatch Resort property. Candles with flame are prohibited in cabins and canvas tents. Burning restrictions placed in effect by Clallam County must be followed while on Mossquatch Resort property. Mossquatch Resort features several shared community spaces including outhouses, showers, fire pits, and covered cooking areas. Please be respectful of other guests when using these areas. Please clean and return community cooking items promptly so that they are available for other guests use. Please keep noise levels low so as not to disturb other guests. Guests may be asked to leave the resort if we receive complaints about noise level/behavior. Refunds will not be granted to guests who are asked to leave due to violation of property policies.
